How's that for an ad? Simple, sweet and to the point? Sort of. Does it even get to the point? What is the point? I'm not a terrible writer but these type of assignments often cause me difficulty. This is just my craigslist ad too, working on the website information which will include more about me personally, what I offer, service packages, contract information, benefits of a doula, etc. Well, it's a start anyway. Hi, from one birth junkie to another. I came across your blog searching home birth. I am not a doula but would like to be when family circumstances allow. I have been at two of my friends labours (and one of their births). I do all I can to support my friends and family in the run up to birth. Birth is such an amazing time. to help a woman towards her own empowerment is wonderful. I wish you all the very best in your journey as a doula.
